The sushi restaurant surges with life as the doorman stands watch, clutching a tablet which contains both the list of reservations and the communications app which he can use to talk to other employees and the owner herself. He looks over the line with a steely gaze, examining the multitudes of people who hope to get in. There are plenty of individuals dressed formally, and many who appear to have just thrown something on in a hurry. He wrinkles his nose at the latter. They surely won’t be getting in easily. Not unless there are cancellations, or other guests leave soon enough. Behind him, a dining room filled with dozens of fish tanks are illuminated with beautiful colored lighting and music for setting the appropriate mood plays.
